i finally got to droknars forge for the first time even though i played this game at the world preveiw things and e3 for everyone and through the beta weekends and buying the game when it came out (i realize i am very slow). im a warrior/monk and i was looking at all the different armors and icouldnt decide which was better. i dont want gladiaters cause most of my skills use adrenilene and i am stuck between knights and platemale. what set of armor do you people think is better and more helpful?

I would go with Platemail, because IMO it looks the coolest out of all of them and has ncie qualities.

I use Knight's myself for the damage absorption and the realtive ease of acquiring Leather Squares, though the higher AL for Platemail was tempting... but the requirement of Steel Ingots killed my interest pretty quick.

There's people that have tested using a whole knight's set versus one piece of knight's and rest platemail. According to their results, the best defense is to go with option 2 (1 piece knight's+rest platemail. This is assuming you'll have damage reduction regardless of where you are hit). You'll have damage reduction plus higher overall armor. Best bet is knight's gloves+rest platemail.

It depends on the char. if it is a female go with Knights if it is a male go with platemail myself I like Knights.

On my Monk Judges when I can afford it but either Forge or Oasis Censor will do.
